FORMPLAST-Svoboda s.r.o. is a solely Czech family business with its headquarters in Turnov near a motorway junction connecting Liberec, Mladá Boleslav and Prague. Since its establishment, the company has been purposefully investing in machine equipment. Its aim is to gradually innovate and expand the machinery. Nowadays, the company has modern mechanical equipment which enables it to fulfil the qualitative requirements of its customers. The satisfaction of customers is also guaranteed by a successful certification of a quality management system by the Czech technical standards EN ISO 9001:2016. As a part of an integrated management system, the company has an EMAS certificate in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016, as well as an OSH certificate in accordance with the ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008.

From the beginning, the tool room was focused on manufacture and maintenance service of moulds for plastic injection. It can provide service on an equipment up to 30 t thanks to new facilities and technological equipment. The company use technologies such as CNC machining, milling, turning work, electrical discharge machining, vibration and rotary grinding, and welding (laser, TIG).
The Formplast company uses CAD/CAM manufacturing system Vero Visi. This system is used for manufacture of injection moulds with a direct connection to CAM modules. The software can accept data formats such as Catiav5, Parasolid, STEP, IGES, DWG, DFX, VDA, PRT, and other.
